1. Information We Collect
- Personal Information: When you use our website to book venues for private events, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment details.
- Venue Information: We may collect information about the venues you inquire about or book, including venue names, addresses, and event details.
- Usage Information: We automatically collect certain information about your use of our website, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited.
- ChatGPT Venue Search: If you use the PartyPlace venue search tool in ChatGPT, we receive the search filters ChatGPT sends to our tool, such as location, event date and time, guest count, budget, and venue preferences. We may also receive pseudonymous user and conversation identifiers when ChatGPT provides them. We use these to distinguish users and conversations without receiving your ChatGPT account name or email address. - Marketing: With your consent, we may use your contact information to send you promotional emails about our services or special offers from partner venues.
- Analytics: We use usage information to analyze trends, improve our website, and personalize your experience. For ChatGPT venue searches, we send Amplitude search filters, returned venue IDs and their positions, result counts, and pseudonymous user and conversation identifiers when available. We use this information to measure usage, repeat visits, and search demand. We also measure website visits and bookings attributed to ChatGPT referral links. These ChatGPT search events do not include names, email addresses, IP addresses, or raw conversation text.

- Service logs: Request and error logs from our production service are retained by our logging provider for up to 30 days.
- ChatGPT search analytics: The ChatGPT analytics described above currently have no configured automatic expiration in Amplitude. They remain there until we delete them.
