"Venue Partner" means any venue owner, operator, manager, representative, or business that lists, promotes, manages, or accepts requests for a venue through the Platform.
"Venue" means any restaurant, bar, event space, private room, semi-private space, rooftop, outdoor space, or other location listed, promoted, or made available through the Platform.
"Booking" means a reservation, event, request, hold, package purchase, minimum spend arrangement, prepaid event, deposit-based event, or other transaction facilitated through the Platform.

PartyPlace's Role
PartyPlace provides a technology platform that helps Hosts discover, request, and reserve venues for group gatherings, private events, semi-private events, and related occasions.
PartyPlace is not a venue, restaurant, bar, caterer, event planner, promoter, broker, agent, or party to any agreement between a Host and a Venue Partner unless expressly stated in writing. Venue Partners are independent third parties and are solely responsible for their venues, services, food and beverage offerings, staff, licenses, permits, insurance, safety, pricing, packages, availability, policies, and compliance with applicable laws.
PartyPlace does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, availability, suitability, or accuracy of any Venue, Venue Partner, listing, package, pricing, policy, or Booking.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. If you use the Platform in connection with alcohol-related venues or events, you and your guests must comply with all applicable age restrictions, identification requirements, venue rules, and laws.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraud, misused the Platform, or created risk for PartyPlace, Venue Partners, Hosts, or others.
Venue Listings
Venue listings, descriptions, packages, pricing, photos, availability, amenities, policies, capacities, minimum spends, deposits, and other venue information are provided by Venue Partners or other third-party sources.
Venue Partners are responsible for ensuring that their listings are accurate, current, complete, and not misleading. PartyPlace may review, edit, remove, suspend, or modify listings at any time, but PartyPlace is not obligated to verify all listing information.
Hosts are responsible for reviewing all listing details, venue policies, package terms, minimum spends, deposits, cancellation policies, fees, taxes, gratuity, service charges, and other applicable terms before submitting a request or confirming a Booking.
Booking Requests and Confirmations
Submitting a request through the Platform does not guarantee a Booking. A Booking is only confirmed when the applicable Venue Partner accepts the request and any required confirmation step, payment, deposit, card authorization, or agreement is completed.
Venue Partners may accept, decline, modify, or propose alternatives to any request, including alternative dates, times, spaces, packages, minimum spends, deposits, or pricing.
Hosts are responsible for ensuring that all event details are accurate, including date, time, headcount, occasion, package, budget, special requests, and contact information. Changes to a Booking may require Venue Partner approval and may be subject to additional fees, revised pricing, or updated policies.
Fees, Payments, Deposits, and Card Authorizations
Depending on the Venue Partner and Booking type, Hosts may be required to pay or agree to one or more of the following:
- a minimum spend;
- a refundable or non-refundable deposit;
- a prepaid package;
- a per-person prepaid amount;
- a rental fee;
- a cancellation fee;
- a no-show fee;
- a card hold or authorization;
- taxes, gratuity, service charges, administrative fees, or other venue-imposed charges;
- PartyPlace service fees, if applicable.
Payment terms will be shown in the booking flow, listing, confirmation, Venue Partner communication, or other applicable materials. By submitting payment information, you authorize PartyPlace, the Venue Partner, or their payment processors to charge your payment method for applicable amounts.
Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment processors. Your use of payment services may be subject to those third parties’ terms and privacy policies.
PartyPlace may facilitate payments, deposits, card holds, cancellation charges, or other amounts on behalf of Venue Partners, but Venue Partners remain responsible for the goods, services, policies, and event experience they provide.
Cancellations, No-Shows, Refunds, and Changes
Cancellation, no-show, refund, deposit, and change policies vary by Venue Partner and Booking type. Hosts are responsible for reviewing and understanding all applicable policies before submitting a request or confirming a Booking.
Refunds, if any, are subject to the applicable Venue Partner’s policies and the terms shown at the time of Booking. PartyPlace is not responsible for issuing refunds unless PartyPlace expressly collected the applicable amount and is required to process a refund under the stated policy.
Venue Partners may have separate policies for cancellations, late arrivals, headcount changes, weather, force majeure, minimum spend shortfalls, guest conduct, damages, and other event-related issues. Any dispute regarding venue services, cancellation, refund, deposit, or event experience should be resolved directly between the Host and the Venue Partner, except where PartyPlace chooses to assist in its discretion.
Venue Partner Responsibilities
Venue Partners represent and warrant that they:
- have the authority to list and offer the Venue through the Platform;
- will provide accurate and current listing information, pricing, packages, availability, capacities, and policies;
- will honor confirmed Bookings in accordance with the applicable terms;
- will maintain all licenses, permits, insurance, approvals, and legal authority required to operate the Venue and provide the listed services;
- will comply with all applicable laws, including laws relating to alcohol service, health and safety, accessibility, taxes, labor, consumer protection, and data privacy;
- will communicate with Hosts professionally and in a timely manner;
- will not use the Platform to mislead Hosts, collect fraudulent charges, or avoid applicable PartyPlace fees.
Venue Partners are solely responsible for the services they provide, including food, beverage, staff, security, admission, guest management, capacity, deposits, refunds, taxes, gratuity, service charges, and compliance with applicable laws.
Venue Subscriptions, Promotions, and Paid Products
PartyPlace may offer Venue Partners paid products, including subscriptions, featured placements, boosted listings, premium listings, venue dashboards, website widgets, instant booking tools, promotional packages, software tools, and other services.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, paid Venue Partner products may renew automatically on a monthly, annual, or other recurring basis. By purchasing a recurring product, the Venue Partner authorizes PartyPlace or its payment processor to charge the payment method on file at the stated frequency until the subscription is canceled.
Venue Partners are responsible for reviewing the applicable price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation terms, promotional period, and post-promotional pricing before purchasing. Promotional, founding partner, trial, discounted, or introductory pricing may expire or convert to standard pricing as disclosed at the time of purchase.
Venue Partners may cancel recurring products by following the cancellation instructions provided by PartyPlace or by contacting PartyPlace. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation will apply to future billing periods and fees already paid are non-refundable.
PartyPlace does not guarantee any specific number of views, clicks, inquiries, bookings, confirmed reservations, revenue, ranking position, or other results from any subscription, promotion, boost, featured placement, listing, tool, or service.
PartyPlace may modify ranking, placement, search results, display logic, product features, and promotional formats at any time.
Anti-Circumvention
Venue Partners may not use the Platform to identify, solicit, or receive Host leads and then move the Booking off-platform for the purpose of avoiding PartyPlace fees, commissions, subscriptions, or other agreed charges.
Hosts and Venue Partners may communicate directly as needed to coordinate event details. However, PartyPlace reserves the right to charge applicable fees for Bookings, leads, or requests generated through the Platform, even if final event details are completed outside the Platform, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may opt out of promotional communications as described in our Privacy Policy. Transactional or service-related communications may still be sent where necessary to provide the Platform.

Hosts and guests must comply with venue rules, applicable laws, identification requirements, age restrictions, and staff instructions. Venue Partner cancellation or refund obligations in such circumstances will be governed by the applicable Venue Partner policy and applicable law.
